Refund Policy
At Itastor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you find any manufacturing defects upon receiving your product or are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund according to the conditions detailed below.
Deadlines
Product dissatisfaction: up to 7 calendar days from receipt. Manufacturing defect: up to 30 calendar days from receipt. For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, sending photos or a video of the product and its packaging. After this period, the damage will be considered the result of misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
No returns will be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (for example, removing links from a bracelet).
Once the product has been received and the quality analysis has been approved, the customer will be able to choose from:

Exchange it for another product available in stock.

Receive a refund of the product's value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the delivered product matches the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video of up to 1 minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and the label visible.
Important: The warranty does not cover

Cosmetic damage after purchase (broken screen, scratches, bumps).

Damage caused by liquids or moisture.

Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications.

Improper use of accessories.

Natural wear and tear from use (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.).

Resistance tests not recommended (impacts, exposure to water or excessive pressure).
