How do I make a purchase?

I only received part of my order, is that normal?

Yes, that can happen. If your order includes products shipped from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking codes for each shipment.

What is the exchange and return policy?

You have 7 days from delivery for returns due to change of mind and 30 days for manufacturing defects. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
